We provide a number of different services at SPAS.
Please read through the following for the services we provide along with our policies.

WE SERVICE:

  • Inground Pools (opening, closing, inspection, leak detection, weekly maintenance, liner replacement and more)

SERVICE POLICY:

  • A valid credit card is required to book any services.

  • Services will be billed per hour- with a minimum of one hour. Travel time will often be included in your bill.

  • We do our best to be a green company- therefore we do not mail you a copy of your bill. Payment is requested on the day of service.

  • Cancellations require 24hrs notice. A cancellation is also defined as the customer not being home for a scheduled block service call. Our technicians leave the shop long before our store is open. If you are not there, or have not left access for our technician, or you cancel without notice you will be charged for the minimum of one hour.
     

RETURN POLICY:

  • Special orders in most circumstances cannot be returned.

  • We do not accept the return of chemicals, custom cut or glued items.

  • Items must be clean and in original unopened packaging.

  • Products with expiry dates like test strips cannot be returned.

  • Certain items carry a restocking charge if returned.

  • Product shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving product- No Exceptions.

     

HOT TUB SERVICE - DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR:

Although we are best known for servicing Coast Spas, Cal Spas, Sunrise Spas and Dream Maker Spas -We have experience with all makes and models of spas.

  • We are well stocked with hot tub parts. Elements, boards, plumbing, jets, pumps, pressure switches, seals, bearings and much, much more.

  • We carry parts for and service: Beachcomber, Coast Spas, Cal Spas, Dimension one, Aruba, Jacuzzi, Soft Tub, Dream Maker, Sunrise, Sundance, Coleman, Strong, Durasport, Free Flow, Gulf Coast, Master Spas, Downeast Spas, Twilight Spas, Paragon Spas, Leisure's Edge, Pinnacle Plus and many more not listed.

POOL OPENING PACKAGE

We will clean and remove your winter cover. At your preference we can remove water from the cover by pumping it away. We will do our best to clean your cover with the proper Calypso product. Your winter cover will be put away upon your request if a location is given.

All winterizing material such as plates, plugs etc will be removed.

Your pump, filter, heater and sanitizing systems will be reassembled. We do not have a licensed electrican/gas tech on staff. If you require electrical services- it must be provided by your own licensed electrician.

We will reinstall your circulation and deck equipment (Handrails, eyeballs, solar rollers etc)

If your water is high enough our pool technicials will start your pool- and at your request they can shock it. Our pool technician will take a water sample back to our shop for a full water analysis. If your water is not high enough you can start it yourself when you have topped it up. Or, for an additional charge you can book us to come back and provide that service.

If you require any additional services you must contact the shop prior to your opening.

We allot a specific amount of time for openings and our service/pool technicians do not schedule appointments or make changes to our schedule.

Fixing leaks- This is considered an additional service and is booked at an hourly rate plus the cost of materials used.
Vacuuming- This can be booked in advance upon request and will be charged at an hourly rate in addition to the opening fee.
Chemicals- Including shock are additional to the opening fee.
Payment- We must have a valid credit card number on file to book your appointment.
Cancellations- If you cancel your appointment we require at least 24hrs notice. Our technciians leave the shop long before our store is open. Otherwise the fee will be charged.

WINTER CLOSING PACKAGE

We will add a Calypso Winterizing Kit if needed. You can also purchase this kit at Sparkling Pools And Spas and have it circulating already prior to your closing appointment.

We will lower the water in your pool to a proper level for winterizing.

We will winterize all lines and equipment (pump etc) We will install all plugs as required.

Antifreeze will be added as needed and is additional to the winter closing fee.

We will remove your equipment such as your solar roller, ladders, steps etc. Please let our service technicians know where you would like these items stored. Otherwise they will set everything neatly in one location for you.

We will install your winter cover and fill/place water bags as needed.

We book up quite quickly during the season. Try to book your appointment as far in advance as you can.
